Throughout my career, I’ve observed there is one thing that unites the most successful brands in the world irrespective of their size:

An obsessive focus on understanding their consumers and the culture they live in.

Fortunately, this is where my passion lies and where I have always focused my work. With nearly 20 years of experience across strategy, consumer intelligence and innovation leadership roles, I bring a unique perspective and acute understanding on how to harness brand value to fuel a company’s growth.

My consumer-centric approach is data-driven and deeply rooted in my previous experience as the Senior Vice President of Consumer Intelligence at McCann Worldgroup (IPG:NYSE). In this role, I led global cultural research spanning multiple demographics and sectors including Gen Z, retail, diversity, wellness and the role of global versus local brands and advised over 200 clients in 50+ countries including leading brands such as Microsoft, MasterCard, Nestlé, and Meta.

My expertise has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, AdAge, Inc. and Refinery29 and many more and I have spoken at leading conferences including SXSW, Mobile World Congress (Barcelona and Shanghai), Advertising Week (NY and LATAM).

I founded Catalyst to bring this wealth of experience to high growth companies to help them understand and activate the potential of their brand. I believe that all companies can leverage this powerful competitive advantage and seeing the tangible and immediate impact that the Brand Value Creation services has had through collaborating with passionate leadership teams and investors has made this my most exciting and rewarding work yet.
